Terms of Use
By using Rise & Run you agree to these terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If the two conflict on a point Apple’s agreement does not allow us to change, Apple’s agreement controls.
Rise & Run is operated by Uladzislau Yasinski, a sole proprietor (NIP 5273049048), ul. Michała Kleofasa Ogińskiego 11 lok. 9, 03-318 Warsaw, Poland (“we”).
1. The app
Rise & Run is a stair and stringer layout calculator. It shows mathematical estimates and reference checks against the building-code preset you select. Output is a planning aid. It is not a substitute for a licensed architect, engineer, or building official, and it is not a permit or an inspection.
You are responsible for measuring the job, confirming the code adopted where you build, and verifying every cut before you build. We do not guarantee that a calculation or template will pass inspection.
2. Pro purchase
- Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (product identifier stair_pro). It is not a subscription. The price is shown in the app before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Restore purchases with the same Apple ID.
- Manage purchases in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple. We cannot refund an Apple-billed transaction.
3. Your content
Dimensions and projects you enter stay on your device unless you export or share them. You keep the rights in that content. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
4. Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows it, and do not bypass the Pro purchase. We may stop providing the app if you break these terms.
5. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including injury, property damage, or a failed inspection arising from reliance on the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50 if that amount is higher. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected; otherwise disputes are decided by the competent courts in Poland. These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to support the app.
7. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here. Questions: support@stairstringer.aeoriaapps.com.
